Weekly hair care Calendar to Repair your hair

Hello Ladies,

If your hair is screaming for hydration and repair. If your hair seems bridle and very dried.

Here’s the weekly hair care calendar that will bring your back to life:


   Monday:

Deep Cleansing and Conditioning Routine

- Shampoo: Apply the Aloe Vera Sulfate-Free Shampoo to cleanse your hair without stripping it.

- Deep Conditioner: After shampooing, use the Deep Moisture Conditioner with Argan Oil and Rosehipto hydrate and soften your hair.

- Mousse:Apply a little mousse for volume and to set your style, especially if you have curls or natural volume.


   Tuesday:

   Heat Protection and Curl Definition

- Leave-In Conditioner: Use the  Heat Protectant Leave-In Conditioner to protect your hair from heat if you're using styling tools (flat iron or blow dryer).

- Curl Defining Custard: Apply the Curl Defining Custard to define your curls if you have 3b to 4c hair and keep them in place throughout the day.

- Hair growth oil Apply a few drops of the oil to seal in moisture and add a natural shine also massage the scalp with it.


   Wednesday:

     Homemade Hydrating Mask

- Homemade Mask: Prepare a mask with avocado, hair oil, salt-free mayonnaise, and aloe vera.

  - Ingredients:

    - 1 ripe avocado

    - 2 tablespoons of hair oil (or olive oil)

    - 2 tablespoons of salt-free mayonnaise

    - 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought)

  - Instructions: Mix all ingredients until you get a smooth paste, then apply it to clean hair. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.


Thursday:

   Hydration and Protection

- Shampoo: Wash your hair with the Aloe Vera Sulfate-Free Shampoo

- Deep Conditioner:Apply the Deep Moisture Conditioner with Argan Oil and Rosehip to maintain hydration.

- Hair Moisturizer: Use the Hair Moisturizer to keep your hair soft and manageable throughout the day.


Friday:

Heat Protection and Curl Definition

- Leave-In Conditioner: Apply the Heat Protectant Leave-In Conditioner again if using heat.

- Curl Defining Custard: Use the *Curl Defining Custard to enhance and hold your curls.

- Hair growth oil: Finish with a few drops of the Oil to add shine and reduce frizz.


Saturday:

  Intensive Hydration and Volume

- Shampoo: Wash your hair with the Aloe Vera Sulfate-Free Shampoo.

- Deep Conditioner: Condition with the

Deep Moisture Conditioner with Argan Oil and Rosehip.

- Mousse: Apply mousse for volume and to set your style.

- Organic Oil Finish with a few drops of oil and to massage the scalp to stimulate growth and to relieve any itchiness it also adds extra moisture and shine.


Sunday:

    Nourishing Mask and Care

- Repeat the Homemade Mask you made on Wednesday to continue deeply nourishing and hydrating your hair.

- After rinsing, you can apply some Hair Moisturizer to keep your hair soft and manageable.


       Additional Tips:

- Avoid washing your hair every day to prevent it from becoming dry. Wash 2 or 3 times a week and use the right products to maintain hydration.

- Frequent hydration is essential, especially for curly or dry hair.

- If your hair is very damaged or dry, you can incorporate the homemade mask every week.


This routine will help keep your hair healthy, hydrated, and vibrant throughout the week!
